Stairs, They've Come a Long Way

Ok, so until yesterday I thought the stairs were the most time consuming project we have had so far (that was until we were introduced to Mr. Jackhammer-but more on that later). When we first had the gaping hole in the floor I was so scared a puppy would fall in or we would get creepy crawlers at night. Finally we have our half wall up that will eventually be Wainscoted and painted to match the rest of our wall. Here are some pictures of our progress...

It will be looking like this for a while until we have the final "ok" to add drywall and paint. Until then, I am fine with this barrier. It sure beats the puppy gates :)
